Franklin Dental Care & Dentures is hiring a Media Outreach / Assistant Intern to join our in-house media team in Franklin, OH. You will help our brands (Franklin Dental, Bright Smiles Community Outreach and Turabify) reach dentists, dental schools, local news and community partners, and keep the media team organized.

What you will do

Write and send outreach emails and follow-ups to dentists, schools, news outlets and community partners
Research the right contact at each organization and keep our outreach CRM current (who was contacted, who replied, what is next)
Manage inbound responses and route what needs a human
Use Claude and our AI systems to draft, review and organize - and read everything before it goes out
Support scheduling, shadow-day coordination and day-to-day admin for the media team

What we are looking for

Clear, short writing - you can make one ask in three sentences
Comfortable emailing and calling people you do not know, and following up more than once
Organized and detail-focused; reliable follow-through without being chased
Comfortable using AI tools and learning new systems quickly
Bonus: spreadsheets, Canva, social media, or customer-facing experience

Details

Full or part-time, in person at our Franklin, OH office
Flexible schedule around classes; room to grow into a larger media / marketing role
Students and recent grads in communications, marketing, business or public health encouraged to apply
